Close proximity to the Sanctuary made walking easy.
The reception staff were unbelievably rude and dismissive. The coffee machine in our room was filthy, and I had to navigate a hassle just to get clean pods, overpriced on top of it all. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent, and I ended up dealing with plumbing issues myself instead of getting assistance.

The location thrilled me, just a quick three-minute walk to the Grotto Sanctuary made everything so convenient. My room had plenty of natural light with large windows. The breakfast options impressed me. They offered a good variety. The pillows were not comfortable, leaving me with a sore neck. It was sluggish. Another downside was the coffee machine in my room with only two capsules and was poorly maintained. Despite these issues, the housekeeping kept my room clean, and the reception staff were friendly, actively trying to address my concerns when I raised them. This hotel's friendly atmosphere, along with its prime location was nice.
